SFI NetScreen: SFI NetScreen is our software-based screening profile system, created internally to identify the top 20 percent of those looking for opportunity as a security professional. NetScreen has assisted our managers in accurately identifying high performing, productive, and client service-oriented individuals, with a strong work ethic – resulting in a consistently demonstrated increase in retention and reliability, and a decrease in costs associated with employee turnover.

More importantly, it allows us insight into character traits such as job stability, trustworthiness, conscientiousness, safety and emotional maturity so we can screen and hand select the very best personnel for all of our client locations..

10-Star Processes: To ensure that everyone we hire is vetted and uniquely qualified to represent our company and yours, SFI employs three 10-Star Processes. Our Screening & Background Investigations Process begins with our NetScreen profile system, and covers nine other critical areas, including criminal records , past employment checks and drug testing. Our Training Program covers ten areas of concentration ranging from customized on-the-job training to our signature Core Competency Training (CCT) . The ten stars of our Employee Benefits Program ranges from paid vacations to President’s Leadership Awards and helps ensure our best employees feel valued and rewarded.

SFI.edu: SFI’s state of the art, web-based career development resource is part of our commitment to both SFI employees and clients. Our online learning management system (LMS) continues to evolve and develop as technology improves. Currently we offer 48 interactive modules, including twelve streaming videos, that are engaging and fun. In addition to the interactive components, additional site specific and proprietary SFI training programs are available on SFI. edu. Officers, supervisors, and managers can access training 24/7 from any computer with an internet connection.  SFI firmly believes in the benefits of continuous learning. We encourage our employees to strive to obtain one or all of our distinct certification levels which can take up to two years to achieve: Professional Protective Officer (PPO), Professional Protective Supervisor (PPS), Continuing Education Program designation (CEP), and Advanced Leadership Training designation (ALTP). Officers have access to our management and leadership programs which provide an excellent opportunity for professional growth and promotion within the company.
