SFI understands the value technology brings to our industry. In addition to integrating technical security applications like CCTV/video and card access control into the services we provide our clients, we also capitalize on the benefits of technology in our day-to-day operations, using it to streamline operating efficiency and create better processes.
Performance Measurement: SFI knows what gets measured gets done. To this end we have developed several Key Performance Indicator (KPI) programs as a measurement tool to evaluate the execution of our service delivery. We are open to utilizing any program that promotes open communication and measures our performance in meeting the needs at each customized client location.
Web Based Learning Management System: SFI’s state of the art, web-based career development resource, SFI.edu, is part of our commitment to continuous learning and professional development for our employees. The interactive training is designed to promote engagement and retention. Officers, supervisors, and managers can access training 24/7 from any computer with an internet connection and can obtain continuing education as well as distinct levels of company designation.
Fire & Life Safety Training and Certification Program: SFI offers a state-of-the-art Westmore/SFI Fire & Life Safety Training and Certification Program for building owners, managers and tenants. Breeze is a cutting edge interactive communication and collaboration solution using the internet as the training venue, engaging security officers with rich multi-media content and class interaction.
Client Portal: We have implemented a portal for viewing post orders and officer training records. Through this technology our clients have the capability to review up to date site specific information about their facility and their officers at any time. We are in the process of adding other information options for viewing to include site inspections, unusual incident reports and weekly officer schedules. All of which can currently be stored and shared electronically.
Guardtrax: GuardTrax™ is a handheld PDA with real time GPA tracking. See www.guardtrax.com for detailed information. Its capabilities include immediate incident reporting and emergency phone response.
DwellingLive PDA: This program includes a handheld PDA and is utilized for patrol management, instant report writing, wireless phone and email communications, GPS tracking and post verification. It can also tie into a custom access control system.
