Technology Officer Applications

  • Performance Measurements: The Truth Report™ is an internally created qualitative KPI measurement maintained electronically. The Truth Report provides our customers with an analysis of seven critical service areas; all positive AND negative results will be documented and reported.

  • Web Based Learning Management System: SFI’s state of the art, web-based career development resource, SFI.edu, is part of our commitment to both SFI employees and clients. Officers, supervisors, and managers can access training 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer with an internet connection. 

  • Fire & Life Safety Training and Certification Program: SFI offers the state-of-the-are Westmore/SFI Fire & Life Safety Training and Certification Program for its building and tenants. Our web-based program  enables us to deliver a professionally recognized training program to every building tenant that meets federal and local fire code training regulations.  

  • Live Broadcasting/ Web Training: SFI uses macromedia breeze to present NC Mandated Training for every security officer. Breeze is a cutting edge interactive communication and collaboration solution using the internet as the training venue, engaging security officers with rich multi-media content and class interaction. Our goal is to implement this combination of live broadcast/ web training in every state in which we operate.

  • Electronic Reporting Management (ERM): SFI is in the process of creating a real time portal for viewing the results of our performance measurements, post orders, site inspections and unusual incident reports. In the meantime, we have the capability to provide password protected access to numerous reports housed on our company server. Our standard reporting forms are available electronically to facilitate an ease of information sharing.

  • Guardtrax: GuardTrax™ is a suite of cutting-edge technology that adds visibility and peace of mind to security operations. With GPS tracking, wireless communication and GIS web-interfaced mapping software that includes satellite imagery, our managers can remotely track guard performance, monitor posts, and manage our security forces in real-time, at all times.   • BeSecure PDA: This handheld PDA and software allows for real time patrols, GPS tracking, wireless communications and post verification. Additionally, its advanced technology includes email capability, a camera and real time incident report tracking software.

  • Certified Control Room Officer (CCO): In partnership with our technology division, SFI-Electronics we have created a CCO program that can be implemented at any customer facility with control room duties. The training and certification testing will be customized for each customers’ specific software applications and unique facility requirements. The CCO program ensures every officer assigned to a customer control room will be proficient with their systems and confident when responding to an immediate or emergency need.
