SFI prides itself on our commitment to attracting the brightest talent to serve our clients.  Through years of experience working within niche vertical markets we have resident experts on our management team to spearhead large transitions, provide oversight to particular industry-specific details and identify key result areas at our client locations.  Different vertical market champions include: 

High-rise & Fire Life Safety. Joseph Murphy has more than 17 years experience directly managing commercial and privately-owned high rise buildings in the southeast.  He is intimately knowledgeable with Fire/ Life Safety systems and has successfully integrated our web-based training program for building tenants and company employees.

Corporate Campus.  Patricia Hamm has developed and managed countless premier corporate campus security programs in her 20 years within the contract security industry.  She is a strong leader in the areas of public relations, table-top drills and continuous learning.

Healthcare.  With 22 years of contract security experience, Patrick Curran has spent more than 15 years managing accounts in the healthcare arena.  Hospitals, healthcare campuses and medical plazas all demand strict officer screening and training deliverables.  Patrick partners with clients to tackle JCAHO and the detailed stipulations of healthcare agencies.

National Accounts. Managing large corporate & international security programs is a strength that Heather O’Brien brings to the table. Her years of industry experience provide SFI with the knowledge of coordinating corporate initiatives and instilling consistent deliverables at each client location. She is recognized for benchmarking best practices and integrating measured performance standards.

Logistics & Distribution.  SFI veteran Paul Sova has grown within the SFI family over the last 34 years.  He specializes in largest manufacturing/ industrial facilities and distribution centers.  Paul has implemented numerous core processes that have improve our service delivery capabilities resulting in enhanced total security solutions.

Special Emergency Response Teams (SERT).  Scott Siano utilizes his 14 years of military and tactical response experience to drive the success of our SERT deployment teams.  Scott coordinates with our central command and is on the ground with our officers during deployments.  Our SERT program has grown immensely since 2000 as we have responded to more than 11 large hurricanes responses and countless private client requests for immediate needs.
